Job Title: Marketing and Graphic Design Assistant

The company organizes Real Estate Expo, Global Investment Immigration Summits, Private Road Shows, and engages high-net-worth individuals through its investment portfolio CBI Global. With offices in Asia, the Middle East, and Africa, BLS Global works closely with governments and intermediaries to facilitate investor programs that have raised over USD 200 billion in direct investment.

Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and Marketing and Graphic Design Assistant to support our events and investor engagement team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in branding, web design, and digital media, with proficiency in a range of design tools and content management systems. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to brand development, enhance visual storytelling, and gain valuable experience in marketing strategies within a dynamic organisation.

Duties

Assist in developing and maintaining the company's branding guidelines across all marketing materials.
Create engaging visual content for digital campaigns, including social media, websites, and email campaigns.
Design graphics, infographics, presentations, and promotional materials using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), or canva.
Edit videos and produce motion graphics using video editing software to enhance multimedia content.
Collaborate with the sales team
Manage content updates on various content management systems (CMS) ensuring consistency across platforms.
Capture high-quality photographs for marketing campaigns and product displays.
Support the creation of visual assets for marketing campaigns, including banners, flyers, and digital advertisements.
Assist in analysing market trends to inform creative strategies and optimise campaign performance.
General admin support during the quite period

Requirements

Proven experience or strong interest in branding, graphic design, and digital media.
Proficiency in creative tools.
Experience with WordPress or other content management systems (CMS).
Strong photography skills with an eye for detail and composition.
Familiarity with video editing software for multimedia content creation.
Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate ideas effectively.
Organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
A keen interest in marketing trends and digital design innovations. This role provides an excellent platform for aspiring marketing professionals or graphic designers eager to develop their skills within a supportive environment while contributing meaningfully to our brand growth.

Pay: From £24,420.00 per year
