Full job description

Overview:

Salary: Minimum wage plus mileage allowance (pro rate for hours worked)

Contract Type: Part time, Permanent

Working Hours: 3 days a week (900 - 1700) which must include a Friday, and alternate Saturdays (900 - 1300) - circa 26h/week.

Location: Stockton

We are excited to offer an exceptional position as an Accompanied Viewer with our esteemed Pattinson Stockton team. No prior experience is necessary; what matters most is your positive attitude, strong work ethic, and desire to provide excellent customer service. Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure your success in this role.

In this role, you will guide prospective tenants and buyers through properties. Additionally, you will perform some canvassing for the local office between appointments.

Key requirements for this position include:

Good geographical knowledge of the Stockton area
Excellent communication skills and phone manner
A full valid driving licence
Your own car for use during appointments
