Vertu Audi Hereford is looking for an exceptional General Sales Manager to lead our high-performing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced automotive sales leader to take the next step with a prestigious brand and a business that prioritises people, performance and progression.

About the role:
As General Sales Manager, you will take full leadership of the dealership’s sales operation, driving performance through a structured and customer-focused sales process. You will lead, coach and develop a team of Business Managers, Sales Executives and support colleagues, ensuring they deliver outstanding results while maintaining exceptional customer experiences.

You will play a key role in:

Maximising new and used vehicle sales and profitability
Driving finance and add-on product performance
Leading all sales campaigns and promotions
Creating a high-performance, customer-centric culture
Ensuring all activity is compliant and aligned with the highest ethical standards

This is a hands-on leadership role where your presence on the showroom floor and engagement with customers will be key to success.

We are looking for a proven Sales Manager with a strong track record of delivering results within the motor industry. You will be:

Commercially aware, with a clear focus on driving sales, profitability and efficiency
