Full job description

Kennings Building Supplies Ltd are looking to hire an Part Time Accounts Administrator to work at their busy head office at Hook Road, Goole.

The Role:

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within an accounts role, they must be able to prioritise workloads, meet deadlines, demonstrate attention to detail and have a passionate approach to work. Alongside having the ability to communicate effectively and build a good working relationships.

Responsibilities include:

-Bank Reconciliation

-Reconciling Bank Statements

-Cash Handling

-Month end processes

-Assist the Accounts Manager with general administration.

Who are we looking for:

-A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role

-Experience using SAGE or similar software is required.

The successful candidate will be expected to work alongside the existing account team, cover for holidays and sickness when required and offer support to all team members during the busy periods.

Other aspects of the accounts that will be expected to be covered are:

-Month end reports (Sales, eBay, Amazon & Reconciliation)

-Payments

-Pension reconciliation

*This job is for Part Time hours based on 24hours a week. Working times/days shall be discussed at the interview.

*Salary shall be dependent on experience/hours.

£16,224.00 - £18,096.00

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £16,224.00-£18,096.00 per year
