Warehouse Administrator

Location: Melton (near Hull) HU14 3HJ

Salary: £25,683.39 per annum Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Shift Pattern: 2pm–10pm, one weekend on / one weekend off

About the Role

We’re looking for a reliable and organised Warehouse Administrator to join our team at the Melton Distribution Centre. You’ll play a key part in ensuring our stores receive accurate, timely deliveries and that our logistics operation runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Order coordination - Manage the shops’ ordering process, dispatch orders and maintain the order queue.
Despatch administration - Issue loading tickets, create dispatch notes and allocate trucks/trailers.
Logistics problem‑solving - Reroute deliveries, support with vehicle issues and keep operations moving.
Store communication - Update stores on delivery schedules and resolve any queries.
Operational support - Assist loading and picking teams to maintain accuracy and efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

Strong IT skills including Excel, Outlook and Word.
Experience in administration or logistics is helpful but not essential.
Confident communicator with excellent organisation skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Full UK driving licence required due to travel between sites.
