Welder / Fabricator

Location: Kintech Limited

Kintech Limited is looking to recruit an experienced Welder/Fabricator to join our busy and growing fabrication team.

Key Responsibilities

MIG and TIG welding to a high standard.
Fabrication of components from engineering drawings.
Working with mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium.
Producing high-quality work while meeting production deadlines.
Working independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Maintaining a safe and organised working environment.
Demonstrating flexibility to support the demands of a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Essential Requirements

Proven experience in MIG and TIG welding.
Fabrication experience within a manufacturing environment.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
Experience working with mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium.
Ability to work using your own initiative with minimal supervision.
Reliable, self-motivated and committed to producing quality workmanship.
GCSE (or equivalent) English and Maths, Grade C/4 or above.

Working Hours

Monday – Thursday: 7:30am – 4:00pm
Friday: 7:30am – 11:30am

Overtime may be required from time to time to meet business requirements.
