Situated in the heart of Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter, The Button Factory has restored and extended one of the quarter’s traditional buildings. The venue hosts a spacious 40 seater restaurant, 2 bars, a garden terrace and outside courtyard which can hold up to 350 people. From Sunday Roasts, BBQ dinners, Wedding Receptions to evening drinks, the Button Factory has something for everyone.

As a Supervisor, you play a key role in the smooth and successful operation of our business. You will lead by example, ensuring daily tasks are completed efficiently while maintaining a positive and safe environment for both staff and guests. This position requires a hands-on approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to inspire and support team members during shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring all tasks are completed to the highest standard.
Support and guide team members during shifts, fostering collaboration and a positive work environment.
Take charge of running individual shifts, ensuring seamless service and operational efficiency.
Ensure every guest has an outstanding experience, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Monitor and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe environment for staff and guests.
Uphold company standards and policies while contributing to a culture of excellence and accountability.

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in a supervisory or team leadership role, preferably in hospitality or retail.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure.
A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and a commitment to ensuring compliance.
A positive attitude, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
