Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations within our organisation. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of office management processes. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team environment, ensuring smooth operational workflows and fostering a professional workplace atmosphere.

Duties

Oversee human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management
Maintain accurate records of company documentation, correspondence, and reports
Handle communication with clients, suppliers, and internal teams via phone and email with professional etiquette
Ensure the office environment is well-maintained, safe, and compliant with health and safety regulations
Assist in developing organisational policies and procedures to improve operational effectiveness

Skills

Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with supervisory responsibilities
Strong proficiency in general accounting practices
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with polished phone etiquette
Knowledge of human resources procedures including recruitment and employee relations
Proficient in clerical and administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, and document preparation
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail
Adaptability to fast-paced environments with excellent problem-solving skills

Pay: £29,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
