Sales Office Assistant

Location: North London (EN8) – 1 minute from Waltham Cross Station

Company: UK Food Packaging

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: National Minimum Wage (depending on age and applicable rates)

Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm

UK Food Packaging is looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Sales Office Assistant to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment and wants to develop their skills in sales support, administration, and customer service.

The successful candidate will support the sales team with daily administrative tasks, customer enquiries, order processing, and general office duties while ensuring a high level of service is provided to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer customer calls and emails professionally

Process customer orders and sales enquiries

Support the sales team with quotations and customer information

Maintain and update customer records and databases

Prepare documents, reports, and general office administration tasks

Follow up with customers regarding orders and enquiries

Coordinate with warehouse, operations, and other departments

Assist with filing, data entry, and day-to-day office duties

Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive customer relationships

Skills & Experience Required:

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Ability to work in a busy office environment and manage multiple tasks

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Previous office, customer service, sales support, or administration experience is beneficial but not essential as training will be provided
