We operate 24/7 and looking for individuals on the following shift patterns:
- Morning 7AM-3PM
- Afternoon 3PM -11PM
- Night 11PM - 7AM
Your earning potential is based on your ability! The more efficient you are, the more money you can earn. We have no limits, but we do have minimums, which are very achievable.
Each task you complete is £1.70 and you can easily complete 10 an hour, if not more.
Our current staff are overachieving on every shift.

Job Summary
We are seeking reliable and experienced individuals to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for having their own van to transport goods efficiently and safely, ensuring KPI's are achieved in a timely fashion in Milton Keynes. This role requires a professional attitude, excellent communication skills, and the use of your own vehicle with correct maintenance, such as a valid MOT, Insurance and legal requirements.
As a Driver and Field Operative, you will play a vital part in maintaining our company's and clients' reputation.

Duties
- Safely operate your commercial vehicle, ensuring the vehicle is maintained to meet legal requirements.
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring items are secured properly during transit.
- Adhere strictly to road safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Assist with warehouse duties when required, such as battery rotation, while ensuring the unit is well-maintained if required.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in commercial driving, particularly as a delivery driver or similar role.
- Valid driver’s licence.
- Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with managers and other team members.
- Ability to handle physical tasks such as loading/unloading cargo and securing loads safely.
- Knowledge of road safety regulations within the UK and adherence to legal driving hours requirements. This position offers an opportunity to work within a dynamic environment where safety, efficiency, and professionalism are valued highly.
