About Phonesurgery

Phonesurgery is one of the UK's fastest-growing phone and device repair specialists. We're known for quality repairs, straight-talking service, and technicians who take real pride in the details. We're growing our Princes Risborough store and want to hear from someone who wants more than just a job.

The Role

This is a hands-on, dual role. You'll be trusted with real repairs on real customers' devices from day one, and you'll be the person walk-in customers deal with — diagnosing faults, quoting honestly, and turning enquiries into sales.

What You'll Do

Diagnose and repair smartphones, tablets and other devices to a high standard
Give customers accurate quotes and realistic turnaround times
Drive in-store sales of repairs, accessories and pre-owned devices
Deliver excellent customer service, face to face and on the phone
Keep accurate records of repairs, parts and stock
Keep your workbench and the shop floor clean, safe and organised
Follow health, safety and data-protection procedures on every device you handle

What We're Looking For

At least 1 year's experience repairing mobile phones or tablets (screens, batteries, charging ports)
Strong customer service and sales instincts
Comfortable in a busy, full-time retail environment
Right to work in the UK
Reliable and able to commute to Princes Risborough

What You'll Get

£27,000–£32,000 per year
Full-time, permanent role — 5-6 days a week on a rota, including weekends
Proper on-the-job training and real progression as we grow
Ownership of your own workbench and your own customers — no micromanaging

Pay: £27,000.00-£32,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

Princes Risborough HP27: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

mobile phone/tablet repair: 1 year (required)
retail or customer service: 1 year (required)
