Summary of Position:

This exciting opportunity is in our sales support team. The successful candidate will learn how to provide vital support to the internal and external sales teams, shadowing the internal sales lead and providing both internal and external support to them and account managers, setting up opportunities in our CRM system and producing quotes from our ERP system, you will have the opportunity to learn from our experienced team and build strong relationships with the wider sales and technical teams as well as end user customers by phone and email.
You will have a passion for technology, demonstrate real attention to detail, have an outgoing personality with a ‘can do’ attitude and have excellent IT literacy, including the Microsoft office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word), the ability to communicate face to face, via the phone and in writing. Experience of B2B sales or service environments together with administration experience will be an advantage. We will provide full training on our SAP system and our sales process together with technical sales training and our regular weekly lunch-n-learn sessions from our supply chain.
Evidenced success in this support role by meeting targets and obtaining positive feedback from internal and external stakeholders will provide opportunities for progression within the wider sales team.
