We are looking for an experienced Business Support Administrator to join our busy Wealth & Financial Planning team. The successful candidate will have at least one year's experience working within a Wealth Management or Financial Planning environment and will play a key role in supporting our advisers and delivering an excellent client experience.

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Wealth & Financial Planning team.
Process new business efficiently across a range of investment, pension, and protection products.
Administer client platforms, including servicing requests, withdrawals, fund switches, and updates.
Prepare client review packs and supporting documentation.
Maintain accurate client records and update back-office systems.
Liaise with clients, providers and third parties to progress business and resolve queries.
Support advisers with client reviews, meeting preparation, and follow-up actions.
Ensure all work is completed accurately and in line with FCA and internal compliance requirements.
Manage a varied workload, prioritising tasks to meet deadlines whilst maintaining excellent attention to detail.
Contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of the team and support continuous improvement of administrative processes.

Essential Skills & Experience

A minimum of 1 year's experience working within a Wealth Management or Financial Planning team is essential.
Experience of platform administration and new business processing is essential.
Strong understanding of Wealth & Financial Planning administration processes.
Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Confident communication skills with the ability to build professional relationships with clients and providers.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using back-office and platform systems.
A proactive, positive, and collaborative approach with a commitment to delivering excellent client service.
