Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dental practice. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care, ensuring patient comfort, and maintaining excellent clinical standards. This role offers an opportunity to work within a supportive team environment, utilise advanced technology, and contribute to improving patients' oral health.

Duties

Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and diagnose oral health issues using clinical assessment and medical imaging tools.
Develop personalised treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs, explaining procedures clearly and compassionately.
Perform a wide range of dental procedures including restorations, extractions, root canals, and cosmetic treatments.
Utilise CAD (Computer-Aided Design) technology for designing dental restorations such as crowns and bridges.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with legal and organisational standards.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions to promote long-term oral health.
Ensure strict adherence to infection control protocols and sterilisation procedures to maintain a safe clinical environment.
Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in dentistry through continuous professional development activities.

Experience

Proven experience as a practising Dentist with a valid registration with the General Dental Council (GDC).
Strong knowledge of human anatomy relevant to dental practice.
Proficiency in using medical imaging techniques for diagnosis and treatment planning.
Experience with CAD software for designing dental restorations is desirable but not essential.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. This role is ideal for a motivated professional committed to delivering exceptional patient care while advancing their clinical expertise within a dynamic practice environment.
