Role Overview:

As a Document Administrator at Envirovue, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our exceptional standards of customer service. You'll be responsible for managing supplier documents with your proactive approach and problem-solving skills, you'll contribute to our mission of providing the best possible experience for our clients. The company is experiencing high growth which means plenty of opportunities and career development.

Responsibilities:

Requesting documents (POD, bills and weight tickets) from suppliers.

Uploading & processing documentation

Dealing with queries relating to documents

Communicating with account management team if there are any pricing changes

Ensuring waste carriers and insurance documents are all up to date and added onto the systems

Sending out onboarding forms for suppliers to fill out

Manually uploading compliance files and filling out details for suppliers

Regularly review performances metrics for suppliers

Update other departments with information on poorly performing suppliers

Checkin’s with Providers to improve relationships and discuss where they need to improve

Skills & Experience:

Proficiency in computer operations with a willingness to adapt to new software and processes

Excellent phone etiquette and good communication skills for coordinating with suppliers and internal teams.

Proactive and confident, with a rapid learning curve

Capable of managing multiple tasks and organizing your day to day to keep operations running smoothly.
