As a Finance Business Partner you will play a critical role in our financial planning and decision-making processes. You will work closely with key budget holders, providing vital insights that drive the organisation's strategy.
Your key responsibilities will include:
preparing, analysing and reporting on monthly management accounts
developing and monitoring budgets, forecasts and financial models
collaborating with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making
identifying costs-saving opportunities and driving efficiency improvements
support year-end financial processes and liaising with audiors
continuously improving financial systems, processes and controls.

The HRA is made up of five directorates: Approvals, Chief Executive, Digital, Policy and Partnerships and Resources.
This role sits within the HRA Resources directorate which provides strategic advice, business partnering and transactional services to staff, our HRA Community and suppliers of goods and services to the organisation.
The directorate consists of various teams and functions such as business continuity and incident management, corporate governance, estates, equality diversity and inclusion, finance, health safety and welfare, human resources, information governance and complaints, learning and development, mainline support, organisational development, procurement commercial and contract management, quality assurance and risk and issue management.
