Responsibilities

Prepare ingredients and assist in the cooking of various dishes according to established recipes and standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations

Assist in plating and presentation of dishes to ensure visual appeal before serving
Follow all food safety protocols, including proper storage, handling, and sanitation procedures
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of orders during busy service periods

Qualifications

Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a restaurant or hospitality setting
Knowledge of kitchen safety practices and food hygiene standards
Strong understanding of meal preparation techniques across various cuisines
Previous experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment is preferred
