Silver Service Singers are looking for a confident, ambitious and relationship-driven Account Manager to join our busy, growing office team.

The Role

You will manage events through to completion while actively looking for opportunities to increase revenue and secure referral partnerships.

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing wedding and event bookings from confirmation to completion
Upselling additional services, premium packages and enhancements
Proactively building and maintaining relationships with venues
Generating and nurturing referral partnerships
Delivering exceptional 5★ customer service
Liaising with venues to confirm timings and logistics
Briefing singers thoroughly for each event
Creating invoices and taking payments
Working towards team targets

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

Highly organised and able to work under pressure
Experienced in account management and/or the wedding & events industry
Confident upselling
Excellent on the phone with a warm, professional manner
Comfortable using CRM systems and Outlook
Proactive in building business relationships
Positive, energetic and solution-focused
Understands how important weddings and events are to our clients

Package & Benefits

£13 per hour (paid monthly on the 25th)
Commission earning potential
23 days holiday (pro rata) plus bank holidays
Your birthday off
Christmas break included within holiday allowance
9am – 5pm working hours
1 in 3 Saturdays (with a day off in lieu the same week)
