As a Transformation Implementation Manager, you will lead the execution of complex transformation initiatives from mobilisation through to controlled transition into BAU. You will apply strong project and delivery management expertise in a pragmatic, outcome-focused way, ensuring changes to workflows, processes, tooling and ways of working are delivered at pace and with sustainability. Operating within agreed governance, risk and assurance frameworks, you will retain the autonomy to drive progress, resolve issues and manage delivery trade-offs. You will work closely with Business Analysts and Change & Business Readiness Leads to ensure delivery, adoption and long-term value are fully aligned.
Own change control for scope, timelines and dependencies, ensuring impacts are assessed, documented and communicated.
Strong project management capability, including planning, sequencing, dependency management and risk control.
