Full job description

A family run, quality dental surgery providing excellent care for the community. With a combined experience of over 25 years in general and cosmetic dentistry, we provide personalised services catering to all dental needs.

We need an individual who is motivated, can demonstrate initiative and attention
to detail and who is prepared to listen and learn. In return we can offer you
comprehensive training, a pleasant working environment and the opportunity to
be part of a team that values excellent patient service. We have experience training trainee nurses in the last 10 years who have progressed well in their dental careers. An organised personal Development Plan, Regular appraisals. enrolment and with the local Dental nursing course along with covering associated costs.
Duties may be varied from time to time under the direction of the Practice
Manager

Daily duties will include:

o Carry out reception and administrative tasks where required
o Work closely with the dentist in a professional and appropriate
manner
o Provide chair side assistance during all dental procedures
o Update computer records and taking notes
o Cleaning surgeries to a high level, maintaining strict cross
infection controls
o Preparing instruments and materials during treatments
o Assisting with Patient Chaperone

Pay: £12.71 per hour
