Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Family Solicitor to join our reputable legal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload of family law matters, providing expert legal advice, and ensuring clients receive the highest standard of service. Responsibilities

Managing a varied caseload of family law cases, including child arrangements, Public law, domestic abuse.
Providing clear, accurate legal advice to clients regarding their rights and options.
Drafting legal documents such as pleadings, affidavits, consent orders, and agreements.
Maintaining organised case files and ensuring all documentation complies with legal standards and deadlines.
Building strong relationships with clients through effective communication and empathetic support.
Keeping up-to-date with changes in family law legislation and case law developments.

Qualifications

Qualified solicitor with relevant practising certificate in family law.
Proven experience handling family law cases
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly to clients.
Strong organisational skills to manage multiple cases efficiently under tight deadlines.
Proficiency in IT systems used within legal practices for case management and document drafting.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating professionalism and attention to detail.
