Full job description

Duties

Perform a variety of administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office
Manage fleet stock, service & repairs
Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
Type, format, and proofread documents as needed
Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate records
Utilize Google Drive and other computerized systems to complete tasks
Provide general clerical support such as filing, scanning, and photocopying
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
Assist with organizing meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages

Experience

Proven experience in an administrative role is preferred
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Strong typing skills with attention to detail and accurate proof reading skills
Proficiency in using Google Drive (Excel, Word & Power Point) and other computerized systems
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Knowledge of clerical procedures and office management practices
Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
