Full job description

Monday-Friday

9am-6pm

42.5 hours per week

Salary: 28,089.10

Job Summary

To provide administrative support to the sales team.

Reports To:

Sales Support Manager

Produce reports for the sales team
Input and amend product pricing
Process customer returns
Create and maintain Fastrac users
Process consignment stock for customers
Create and maintain new customer accounts
Provide pricing quotes to key customers
Provide reports to key customers
Update and send pricing to key customers
Provide monthly reports to key customers
Provide POD’s to key customers
Amend customer pricing terms upon request.
Assign customers to various dealership programmes upon request.
Investigate any price queries as requested by the customer or accounts team and raise any appropriate transactions to correct.
Liaising with the IT team regarding sales system issues
Set up price files or API access for customers
Data maintenance – managing quality of data for both products and customers to ensure reporting is accurate and efficient.
Correcting clerical mistakes from both the sales and accounts departments.
Generate billing for key customers and distribution partners.
Processing stock movements where required
Occasionally liaising with the transport department to scheduling deliveries and collections.
Producing and providing audit information to key partners.

The above list is not exhaustive, and you will be expected to perform any other duties that any reasonably be expected of this position.

Qualifications and Experience:

· Need experience of excel to an intermediate to advanced level

· GCSE Maths and English, grade C or above

· Basic understanding of a sales environment/ sales processes

· Ideal - SQL –structured query language

At least 1 years’ experience in business administration is desirable

Person Specification:

· Good organisational skills

· Good telephone manner

· Problem solving

· Tenacious

· Ability to work to tight deadlines and the ability to use own initiative

Work with the Health and Safety Manager to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
