Job Overview

We are seeking a highly versatile and motivated Multi Skilled Builder to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality craftsmanship across a variety of trades, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Your expertise will contribute directly to the successful completion of residential, commercial, and industrial building projects. This position offers an exciting opportunity for hands-on work in a fast-paced environment where your skills will make a tangible impact.

Duties

Perform a wide range of construction tasks including carpentry, some roofing, some block work and plastering
Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to execute precise work across multiple trades
Fabricate and modify materials on-site to meet project specifications and ensure structural integrity
all aspects of building work
Conduct site inspections to ensure safety compliance and quality standards are maintained throughout each phase of construction
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks and meet project deadlines
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and materials are properly stored

Skills

Proven experience in carpentry, roofing, masonry, plastering
Strong knowledge of construction
Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and fabrication machinery safely and efficiently
Basic understanding of electrical not required
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly to changing project needs
Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety standards and quality workmanship
Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and supervisors effectively
