Overview
Foodsavers Afromart Ltd is a growing food and beverages retail company committed to providing quality products, excellent customer service, and a seamless shopping experience. We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Business Support Officer to join our team and support the efficient operation of our business activities.

Duties

Provide administrative and operational support across the business.
Maintain accurate records, reports, and business documentation.
Support inventory management, stock monitoring, and supplier coordination.
Respond to customer enquiries and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement activities.
Support financial administration, including invoice processing and record keeping.
Assist in implementing company policies and operational procedures.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance business efficiency.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Skills

Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills
Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and data entry tools
Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle phone calls professionally.
Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy environment
