Location: Office Based Calverton, Nottingham
Salary: Competitive Basic Salary up to £33,000 plus bonuses

Join a Fast-Growing Business Working with Global Brands

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Sales Executive ideally from the print and/or events industry to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with some of the world's most recognised brands across the music, events, festivals, sports, and entertainment sectors.

We are looking for a commercially minded sales professional who excels at building relationships, developing customer accounts, and creating new business opportunities. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving growth by nurturing long-term partnerships with clients ranging from event organisers and sports clubs to global brands, agencies, and marketing professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business opportunities and develop existing client accounts.
Build, manage, and strengthen long-term relationships with customers.
Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and maximise revenue.
Manage the full sales process from enquiry through to order completion.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest standard.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain accurate customer records and pipeline management through CRM systems.
Provide exceptional customer service and act as a trusted advisor to clients.

The Ideal Candidate

Highly driven, ambitious, and results-oriented with a passion for sales.
Proven ability to build strong client relationships and successfully grow customer accounts.
Skilled at identifying opportunities to increase sales and develop long-term partnerships.
Able to thrive under pressure and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Confident dealing with demanding clients while maintaining exceptional levels of customer service.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
Commercially aware with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Self-motivated, organised, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
Focused on delivering results while ensuring an outstanding customer experience.

Desirable Experience

Experience within the print, signage, exhibition, branding, promotional products, or events industry would be a distinct advantage.
Knowledge of large-format print, branded merchandise, event branding, flags, banners, exhibition displays, or promotional products is beneficial.
Experience working with agencies, event organisers, sports organisations, or festival operators would be advantageous.
