Part-Time Executive Assistant (EA)

Salary: £30k based on Full Time Employee, Pro Rata for Part-time

Purpose of the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Part-Time Executive Assistant to support our Managing Partners.

This role is central to ensuring leadership operates effectively, through managing complex diaries, coordinating priorities, and supporting the delivery of growth and marketing campaigns.

You will play a key role in enabling the business to run smoothly, helping leadership remain focused on driving client impact and business growth.

We are looking for candidates with 5+ years of PA/EA experience for this role.

Primary Responsibilities

Be there for our Managing Partners and our clients

As far as our clients are concerned you are smart/tasking. How you carry out this role will influence their overall satisfaction with us more than any other single factor. It’s a number one priority for us.

Executive & Diary Management

Own and drive fast-paced diaries for Managing Partners and where needed, support Directors, maximising time and focus
Keep the Managing Partners ahead of the curve, always prepared, always in the right place
Coordinate high-impact client and internal meetings with precision and pace
Stay one step ahead, spot conflicts early and adapt quickly when priorities shift
Create clear, focused agendas and keep actions moving
Step in and support wherever needed, no task too small, no challenge too big

Growth & Success

The Managing Partners are always proactively looking at where the next opportunity is coming from and as they are partially responsible for owning and driving the business. Part of your role is in helping them secure meetings and to develop and win new business opportunities.
Support campaign activity, client engagement and business development efforts
Work closely with internal teams and provide wider support where required.
Help drive growth, securing meetings and opening doors to new business opportunities
Support high-impact campaigns and client engagement to build and convert pipeline
Work across the business, and support wherever it counts

Travel, Logistics & Expenses

Ensure cost-effective and efficient travel arrangements when booking
Manage and process expenses in a timely and accurate manner

Events & Coordination

Plan and help support internal and external events for the Managing Partners including executive dinners, growth days and client gatherings
Coordinate logistics, venues and communications to ensure successful delivery

What You Will Bring

Skills & Experience

Proven experience supporting senior leaders or Managing Partners
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience supporting marketing, campaigns or events (desirable)
Confident using Microsoft 365 and collaboration tools

Working Pattern

Part-time role Mon-Thurs with flexible hours (to be agreed) The core hours of 09:30am-2:30pm must be covered.
Hybrid working between home and the office in Farnborough, and occasionally London or other locations for meetings and events

Company Benefits

25 days holiday for full time employees (increasing with length of service up to 30 days) 3 mandatory days are over the Christmas Period. This would be pro rata for part time employees.
