Full job description

Senior Therapist
Job Type: Full Time
Hours: 36–40 hours per week

Key Requirements

Minimum 2 years’ experience working with clients and managing a full column
Beauty Therapy Level 2/3 qualification
Gel nails experience essential
Confident working independently and able to manage the salon alone when required
Strong English communication and excellent client care skills
Available to work Tuesday to Friday between 9am–5pm/7pm/8pm and Saturday 9am–3pm
Experienced in: facials, waxing (including intimate hot wax), massage, tinting, manicure/pedicure, and gel nails

The Role

You will provide high-quality beauty and skincare treatments, deliver exceptional customer service, and help create a professional, welcoming experience for every client.

Responsibilities

Deliver advanced beauty and skincare treatments to a high standard
Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable treatments
Advise on aftercare and skincare products
Maintain clean, hygienic, and well-stocked treatment rooms
Build strong client relationships through outstanding service
Manage bookings and appointment schedules efficiently
Promote and sell products and services
Keep up to date with beauty trends, techniques, and products

Professional, friendly, and approachable manner
High attention to detail and strong treatment standards
Self-motivated, proactive, and reliable
Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a luxury client experience
Strong retail sales and upselling ability
