Premier Power Services Ltd (PPS) is a leading High Voltage (HV) electrical contractor and NERS-accredited Independent Connection Provider (ICP), delivering design, installation, commissioning, operation and maintenance services across the UK.
Working across renewable energy, battery energy storage systems (BESS), EV infrastructure, private networks and utility projects, PPS continues to grow and is seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Co-Ordinator to support the successful delivery of projects nationwide.
Role Overview
The Project Co-Ordinator will play a key role in supporting the planning, administration and delivery of multiple electrical infrastructure projects. Working closely with Project Managers, Engineers, Clients, DNOs, IDNOs, Suppliers and Subcontractors, the successful candidate will ensure project information is accurately managed, deadlines are met and communication remains effective throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
Project Administration & Coordination
- Support Project Managers with the planning and delivery of projects from award through to completion.
- Maintain project documentation, trackers and records.
- Create and manage project files and document control systems.
- Assist with programme management and project scheduling.
- Track project milestones and ensure actions are completed within agreed timescales.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and record actions.
- Assist with the preparation and submission of project documentation.
Client & Stakeholder Communication
- Act as a point of contact for clients, suppliers, subcontractors and internal teams.
- Coordinate project updates and progress reports.
- Liaise with DNOs, IDNOs and utility providers regarding project activities.
- Ensure information is communicated accurately and in a timely manner.
Procurement & Resource Coordination
- Assist with the procurement of materials and equipment.
- Track supplier quotations, purchase orders and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate plant, equipment and labour requirements with operational teams.
- Monitor delivery dates and escalate potential delays.
Health, Safety & Compliance
- Assist with the preparation and management of project health and safety documentation.
- Maintain project records including RAMS, permits and site documentation.
- Support compliance with company policies, procedures and industry standards.
- Ensure project files are maintained to audit-ready standards.
Financial Administration
- Assist with project cost tracking and reporting.
- Support the processing of supplier invoices and purchase orders.
- Maintain project financial records and trackers.
- Assist with compiling information for project valuations and cost reviews.
Skills & Experience Required
Essential
- Previous experience in an administrative, coordination or project support role.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines.
- Professional and proactive approach to work.
- Full UK driving licence.
Desirable
- Experience within construction, utilities, electrical, engineering or infrastructure sectors.
- Experience supporting projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of document control processes.
- Experience using project management software.
- Understanding of HV/LV electrical infrastructure projects.
