Job Overview
HEYTEA Cambridge is looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and customer-focused Bubble Tea Shop Assistants to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality beverages, delivering excellent customer service, maintaining store cleanliness, and supporting daily store operations in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

Prepare hot and cold beverages according to company recipes and standards.
Provide friendly and professional customer service.
Take customer orders and process payments using the POS system.
Operate beverage preparation equipment safely and correctly.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front and back of house.
Ensure all drinks meet quality and presentation standards.
Assist with ingredient preparation and stock organisation.
Follow company operational procedures and food safety regulations.
Pack takeaway and delivery orders accurately.
Work effectively with team members during busy periods.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, health, and safety.

Requirements

Legal right to work in the UK (Share Code required).
Available to work weekends and evening shifts.
Able to commit to a long-term position (minimum 6 months preferred).
Basic English communication skills.
Previous café, bubble tea, barista, hospitality, or food service experience is preferred but not essential.
Good organisational and multitasking skills.
Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Friendly, reliable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude.
