The Role
The Samples Coordinator plays a key role within our global Trade Marketing team, planning and delivering product samples across the UK & EU. You’ll ensure the right products are in the right place at the right time to support sales activity, marketing campaigns, and events.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you’ll manage sample requests end-to-end, stay on top of multiple moving parts, and work closely with teams across the global business to bring our products to life.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience of working in an administrative, coordination, or support role (this could be from an office, internship, placement, or equivalent)
- A proactive, hands-on mindset - you take initiative and enjoy figuring things out
- Confident communicator who can build relationships across teams
- Comfortable using Microsoft tools (Outlook, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint)
- Highly organised with great attention to detail
- A positive, team-first attitude and willingness to roll up your sleeves
Nice to have:
- Experience or interest in product, FMCG environments
- Exposure to events, trade shows, or similar fast-paced environments with deliverables
- Experience helping to coordinate projects, logistics, or events
