About Us

Our Company is a growing contractor specialising in groundworks, demolition, strip-out, landscaping, and general construction works across London and the surrounding areas. Due to continued growth, we are looking for experienced and hardworking Groundworkers / Demolition Operatives to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out demolition and soft strip-out works safely and efficiently
General groundworks including digging, trenching, breaking out, and reinstatement
Operate hand and power tools
Assist machine operators and site supervisors
Load materials and waste into skips and maintain site cleanliness
Follow health & safety procedures at all times
Work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Requirements

Previous experience in demolition, strip-out, or groundworks essential
Valid CSCS Card preferred
Good understanding of site health & safety
Reliable, punctual, and hard-working
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Driving licence beneficial but not essential

Desirable Experience

Concrete breaking and removal
Excavation and drainage works
Use of disc cutters, breakers, and small plant
Experience working on commercial and residential projects
