Job Summary
Elevated Image is a small, yet busy growing creative branding solutions business and looking for the right candidate to become part of our story towards our ambitious future.

.We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Part-Time Bookkeeper to join the business.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable, and supporting our accounting processes.

This role offers flexibility and an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic organisation with a focus precision and efficiency.

Duties

Record and reconcile financial transactions using Xero.
Manage accounts payable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments
Maintain organised financial records and ensure data accuracy
Assist with bank reconciliations and prepare financial reports as required
Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
Collaborate with the Managing Director to ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures
Prepare documentation for audits and assist in audit processes when necessary
Supporting the Director with add hoc assistance along with business and growth development.

Requirements

Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles, preferably within a similar industry.
Proficiency in accounting software, Xero.
Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and financial record keeping
Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time capacity
Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with supplier and customer accounts contacts effectively.
A recognised qualification in accounting or bookkeeping is desirable but not essential.
Live in or in the vicinity of the Vale of Glamorgan

This position is ideal for individuals seeking flexible working hours while contributing their expertise to a professional environment.

Pay: £25.00 per hour
