Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Team Members to join our vibrant team. As a key part of our establishment, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they receive exceptional service and a memorable dining experience. Your role will encompass various responsibilities all while upholding our high standards of hospitality and food safety.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all requests are met.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining spaces and kitchen counters.
Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and maximise sales opportunities.
Handle cash transactions and process payments using basic maths skills.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any customer concerns promptly.
Provide assistance to guests as needed, ensuring their needs are met throughout their visit.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred
Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
Basic culinary knowledge is advantageous, particularly in food preparation techniques.
Familiarity with food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with customers and team members alike.
A proactive attitude towards helping others and enhancing the overall guest experience.
