What are we looking for?

We’re looking for hairdressers to join our self employed team. If you’re the right one for us, you…

Will possess a minimum qualification of NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in hairdressing.
Will have at least 3+ years experience, either in a salon or serving private clients.
Will be available to work at peak times (mornings, evenings and weekends).
Will be passionate about your discipline and be obsessed with providing a 5* service.

SET YOUR OWN SCHEDULE

No more rotas with set hours at a salon. There’s no salon politics either! You choose your availability and which jobs to accept.
Work when you want. Our only requirement is that you are available at peak times (mornings, evenings and weekends). Preferably we like you to work the salon hours but choose if you would like to work extra and have control of your own holiday entitlement.

We provide free training from Wella educators that come out to us in salon and provide us with knowledge days to ensure that you are 5* ready and keep up to date with training and new up coming trends and techniques.
We have the opportunity to attend Wella courses in London throughout the year if you choose to spend on education, self employed team members will be asked to pay for their own training but the salon can sometimes receive discounts in which can go towards this.
Competitions are run regularly with Wella in which you can enter if you feel this is something for you then you can enter yourself, push yourself further in wanting more creative opportunities

Salary: £800.00 per week
