Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing various administrative tasks. This position requires strong organisational skills, proficiency in office software, and the ability to communicate effectively with both colleagues and clients.

Responsibilities

Manage daily office operations, ensuring a professional and efficient work environment.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and promptly, maintaining up-to-date records.
Provide clerical support including filing, photocopying, and scanning documents as needed.
Handle incoming phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
Assist in managing schedules and appointments for team members.
Maintain financial records using Capium, ensuring accuracy in bookkeeping tasks.
Organise office supplies and inventory, placing orders as necessary to ensure availability.
Collaborate with team members to support various administrative projects and initiatives.

Skills

Proficient in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets) for document creation and management.
Experience with Capium or other for financial record keeping is highly desirable.
Strong clerical skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
Excellent administrative abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Competent in data entry with a focus on accuracy and speed.
Strong organisational skills to prioritise tasks effectively within a busy office environment.
Ability to type efficiently while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
Demonstrated phone etiquette skills for professional communication with clients and colleagues.
Familiarity with computerised office systems and processes.
Speaking Polish as some of our clients comunicate in Polish
