Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Part Time Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join our dynamic team. Based at our busy Ormskirk office, the role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your career within the property industry, providing support in sales and lettings processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting clients, managing enquiries, negotiating sales, lettings enquiries and facilitating smooth property transactions, all while delivering exceptional customer service. The position will include Monday & Tuesday hours along with agreed Saturday morning cover, occasional viewing cover & flexibility to cover holidays. It is therefore ideal for someone with a broad knowledge of Estate Agency not wishing to commit to full time hours.

Duties

Assist with the organisation and management of property viewings and appointments.
Respond promptly to client enquiries via phone, email, or in person.
Support the preparation of marketing materials and property listings.
Liaise with vendors, purchasers, landlords, and tenants to facilitate negotiations and agreements.
Maintain accurate records of all transactions and client interactions.
Support the team with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant legislation during all dealings.

Requirements

Previous estate agency experience (ideally with a knowledge of Vebra-Alto) is essential.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage confidently with clients.
Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
A professional demeanour with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Knowledge of client due diligence and the Renters Right Act is prefered.
