Job responsibilities for Customer Service Advisor

To manage inbound customer contact for Insurance products via telephone and email providing excellent customer service.
Ensuring all customer information and data is accurately entered and updated on to the system.
Allocate, monitor, and escalate enquires or complaints internally to ensure customers receive speedy resolutions.
