The Role: Working at the forefront of our Cardiff depot, the hire desk controller plays a vital role in the successful growth and day-to-day running of the business. Assisting the Depot Manager with processing orders, coordinating drivers, making deliveries , working on call-outs and everything in between. This is a challenging and rewarding role that provides a fantastic platform for you to grow and progress within the organisation. Miles Hire also offers attractive bonus schemes to reward the effort you put in. If you have a proven passion for customer service & sales, are looking to make a positive mark in your career and want to be recognized and rewarded for your hard-work, this role could be for you.

Applicants should have:

Experience in a hire industry advantageous but not essential
Experience in the construction industry would be an advantage however not essential
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Customer care
Full driving licence required for deliveries

Offered salary is based on applicants over 25 years old and will be adjusted for applicants under 25.
