Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Factory Worker to join our manufacturing team. This role involves supporting the assembly and production processes within a busy factory environment. The ideal candidate will possess practical skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to develop their skills in a dynamic industrial environment.

Responsibilities

Assist with the assembly of products using hand tools and power tools
Operate and maintain various mechanical equipment and machinery
Support the organisation and management of warehouse stock and materials
Conduct quality checks on products to ensure standards are met
Follow health and safety procedures at all times to maintain a safe working environment
Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work stations throughout shifts

Qualifications

Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience is advantageous but not essential
Mechanical knowledge or experience working with hand tools and power tools is desirable
Ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately and efficiently
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
Physical fitness to stand for extended periods and lift materials as required
A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills
