Administrator

Castles & Coasts Housing Association (CCHA) is currently looking to recruit a small number of 24 Month Fixed Term Contract Administrators, based in either Carlisle or Workington.

If you are looking for an exciting new role, this is a great opportunity to join the CCHA Team, specifically working to support the maintenance team here at CCHA.

The impact you will have as an Administrator:

As an administrator, you will be part of a professional and customer focused team and will have responsibility for providing an efficient and effective service to all our customers. You will be supporting the team, ensuring that repairs can be conducted in a timely manner and maintenance activities can be completed safely.

What you’ll be doing:

You’ll be the primary liaison for customers, clients and work colleagues, primarily by telephone to ensure that property repairs and maintenance works are carried out as required in timely manners.

You’ll be the liaison between the maintenance team and other internal teams, as well as external suppliers and contractors.

A little about you:

We’re looking for someone who is a fantastic communicator, someone who can use Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. You’ll be someone who is results focused and is able to take ownership of tasks. You’ll need to be a good team player and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

It would be advantageous if you have any experience or exposure to a social housing setting.
