Full job description

Experience in a similar role is always beneficial, however, we are searching for the right candidate that has the hunger, the desire to “make it happen” and progress within the firm. Good organisational skills and attention to detail are essential. Excellent promotion opportunities, unrivalled salary & bonus packages are available.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

· Recognise and establish long term relationships with customers

· Successfully obtain additional orders from an already existing client base

· Managing regular and ad-hoc subcontractors

· Manage each delivery and liaise with the customer to completion

· Liaise with end users regarding ETAs, problem solving and booking in deliveries

Key experience and qualifications:

· A confident, professional telephone manner

· Experience in working in a busy office environment

· Excellent attention to detail

· Be able to show ownership of tasks

· Degree or A Level educated (Preferred but not essential)

· A good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel

· Experience in using transport systems (Preferred but not essential)
