Job Description

We are looking for a motivated, efficient, driven Key Account Manager to join our busy team in Penrith, Cumbria.

Our Key Account Managers are the ‘engine room’ of Ast so a meticulous attention to detail is absolutely essential, as is the ability to prioritise tasks and manage your time efficiently and the skills to communicate confidently and clearly.

Computer and organisation skills are essential for this role.

We are looking for someone who:

Will deliver first class customer service that surpasses expectations
Is a self-starter and doesn’t sit around waiting for instructions
Is meticulously organised
Wants to develop in their career – there are no ceilings at Ast

You’ll be integral to our vehicle graphics and signage processes from start to finish. This will see you booking in vehicles, coordinating fitters, processing completions, quality control and being involved in invoicing.

Main Responsibilities:

Looking after customers and delivering outstanding customer care
Coordinating our fleet livery and signage work
Taking instruction over the phone and confidently performing the required tasks
Maintaining our established organisational systems
Being a main point of contact for both clients and colleagues

Required skills & experience:

Computer literate in basic Office programmes (Word, Excel, Outlook etc).
Excellent, proven organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
Some fleet and/or signage experience from either a sales, design, manufacture or application perspective would be an advantage but isn’t essential

Job Type:

Full-time, permanent

Salary:

£30k per annum

Pay: £30,000.00 per year
