Job Advert Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join us as a Human Resources Support Officer (Attendance and Performance Management) in the People & Organisational Development Department.

What you will be doing?

To support the effective attendance and performance management of staff, ensuring cases are managed in line with
organisational objectives, legislation and force policy.

Role Specific Tasks:
1. To assist line managers with people related issues, including but not limited to attendance and performance, Regulation 12
/ 13, reasonable adjustments, sick pay, recuperative duties, ill health retirement and Limited duties.
2. To be responsible for accurate record keeping within relevant force systems, ensuring information is retained and available
in compliance with data protection requirements.
3. To support the preparation of documentation for formal processes, including liaison with HR Officers and Occupational
Health.
