Full job description

Role Overview

As Data Entry Operator for the Warehousing Department you’ll be the administrative heartbeat of our warehouse team—ensuring smooth coordination between logistics, inventory, and customer service. You’ll manage the flow of goods and maintain accurate records with precision and speed.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
Process incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring documentation is complete and compliant
Liaise with transport providers to coordinate deliveries and collections
Monitor stock levels and flag discrepancies or low inventory
Generate reports on warehouse performance, stock movement, and order fulfilment
Support warehouse staff with administrative tasks and scheduling

Skills & Experience

Previous experience in warehouse administration or logistics preferred
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory software (e.g., SAP, WMS)
Excellent communication skills—written and verbal
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
