Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail oriented Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing visual and digital content, assisting with marketing campaigns, and maintaining brand consistency across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Create and edit marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Assist in the design of product brochures, catalogues, and promotional materials
Support digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing and social media content Maintain and update website content (product listings, banners, images)
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Help organise trade shows, events, and promotional activities
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing outputs
Assist with photography and image editing of LED products Support the marketing team with administrative tasks as required

Skills and Qualifications

Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (essential)
Basic understanding of digital marketing (SEO, social media, email campaigns)
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Creative mindset with good design awareness
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous marketing or design experience is desirable

Salary:

Candidates aged 18–20 will be paid £11.00 per hour. Candidates aged 21 and over will be paid £13.00 per hour.

For candidates with additional relevant marketing experience, the hourly rate may be reviewed and increased to reflect their skills and experience.
