Full job description

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking and reliable individual to join our friendly team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a small, busy, and fast paced café environment where no two days are the same. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in delivering excellent customer service and enjoys working as part of a close knit team.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparing and serving high quality barista-style coffees and hot drinks.
Preparing sandwiches, light meals, and other café food to a consistently high standard.
Delivering exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional attitude.
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, food hygiene, and presentation throughout the café.
Supporting colleagues and helping ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the business.

What We’re Looking For:

Previous café or coffee shop experience is essential.
Ability to produce consistently high-quality coffees.
A positive attitude with a strong work ethic and willingness to get involved in all aspects of the business.
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends when required.
Someone who remains calm under pressure and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
A team player who is reliable, proactive, and takes pride in their work.
