Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Theatre Manager to lead the daily operations of our vibrant theatre venue. In this role, you will be the driving force behind delivering exceptional guest experiences, managing staff, and ensuring the smooth running of all theatre activities. Your leadership will inspire teams to provide outstanding hospitality, maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness, and foster a welcoming environment for all visitors. This position offers a dynamic opportunity to combine management expertise with a passion for arts and entertainment, creating memorable moments for our guests.

Responsibilities

Oversee all theatre operations, including ticketing, concessions, and audience services, ensuring seamless delivery of guest experiences
Lead and motivate a diverse team of staff and volunteers, providing training, support, and performance feedback to uphold service excellence
Manage daily schedules, staffing levels, and resource allocation to optimize operational efficiency during performances and events
Maintain high standards of health, safety, and cleanliness in all areas of the theatre in compliance with relevant regulations
Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure every visitor leaves with a positive impression
Coordinate with technical teams to ensure proper functioning of lighting, sound, and stage equipment for each production
Monitor financial transactions related to ticket sales and concessions while adhering to company policies

Qualifications

Proven management experience within hospitality or entertainment venues with a focus on guest services
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and direct teams effectively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with guests, staff, vendors, and stakeholders
Knowledge of health and safety protocols relevant to theatre operations
Passion for arts and entertainment coupled with a customer-centric attitude
Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
