Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, handling enquiries efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop communication skills, assist diverse clients, and contribute to the overall success of our organisation. Fluency in both English and Spanish is highly desirable, along with strong data entry and analysis skills. The position involves engaging with customers via phone and digital channels, promoting products through upselling, and maintaining accurate records of interactions.

Duties

Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email, or chat.
Provide accurate information about products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Perform data entry tasks with precision to update customer records and transaction details.
Utilise communication skills to resolve issues effectively, demonstrating empathy and patience.
Identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services to enhance customer engagement.
Maintain organised records of customer interactions and transactions for future reference.
Assist in analysing customer feedback to identify trends and suggest improvements.
Support multilingual customers by offering assistance in both English and Spanish as required.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a customer service role or related field is preferred.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English; proficiency in Spanish is highly advantageous.
Competent in data entry with attention to detail to ensure accuracy of records.
Ability to demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and professional demeanour at all times.
Analytical skills to interpret customer data and feedback for continuous improvement.
Bilingual candidates will be prioritised; however, all applicants must possess strong interpersonal skills.
Organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently under pressure.
A proactive attitude with a genuine desire to assist customers and contribute positively to the team.
