Salary: £25,620 - £25,989 per annum

Contract: Fixed term to Easter 2027 in the first instance

Hours: Full time

Location: Thirsk, North Yorkshire – Dishforth Airfield Primary School

Dishforth Airfield Primary School is looking to recruit a Level 3 EYFS teaching assistant to join our outstanding school.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am – 3:30pm (half hour for lunch).

Learning is exciting and we aim to make every day memorable and enjoyable.

We are looking for someone who

Puts children at the heart of their practice
Has high expectations for all of children
Has a positive outlook and a good sense of humour
Works well as part of a team
Is creative
Has an excellent work ethic; is diligent and dedicated
Able to use their own initiative

Has experience of supporting children with a range of needs and be able to offer one to one support as needed.
Is willing to take on responsibility as appropriate eg. leading RWI session
